I remember my Step-Mom and Step-Sister stayed at the Contemporary during one of my Childhood vacations to Disney-World, that's when I got a Jumbo-Sized Mickey Mouse Plush and my brother got a Jumbo-Sized Plush of Pluto.
Wow! Even got the animation of the monorail going in and out of the contemporary, that's truly impressive! Do you usually try to challenge yourself to do new things with each video?
Another great job ! Never stayed here but it's an iconic Disney classic for sure . The Wave restaurant has (had) a fantastic breakfast buffet. I hear it's getting an update so I can't wait to get back and try it. Love the monorail in this too !!
The Wave was by far our (my wife and I) favorite restaurant. I am sorry to say that the new restaurant wasn't nearly as enjoyable in my opinion. It felt like a regular steakhouse to me. Still, the Contemporary is the best hotel in terms of views of the Castle at night! The only way we were able to afford it was during the COVID lockdown, when Disney was trying desperately to get people into their hotels. We lived 45 minutes away and it was 50% off, so we couldn't resist the opportunity. If you ever go, make sure you get a room on the Castle View side in the original building! It's a bit more but I promise there is nothing like seeing the castle and Space Mountain from your balcony at night!
@@CinemagicParkAmbience We stayed there in 2020 for the first time, before they did the remodel. It WAS a dream! We loved the room - so luxurious, and right on the canal...The bathroom set up was our favorite on WDW property. & The Wave became one of our two favorite restaurants on property (the other being Ale & Compass.) So sad that they changed it all, BUT, glad we got to stay there before they did. It really was nice! :) This music is perfect!!
