Contender Limited was founded in 1995 as a home entertainment company in England. The company was acquired by EntertainmentOne in 2007, and was rebranded on 16th March 2009 as E1 UK. This only took ten-fifteen minutes to make, but I will make a logo history on eOne tomorrow so stay tuned for that! :-)
