@@adunn9498 that was a different t person. champagne is the guy with the plastic microphone. (he was very good i think they judged him too soon on how he looks over his voice).
I love how Simon looked at Britney, saw her expression and then decided to get the flowers so that creep wouldn't get any closer to her. I got the shivers, it was uncomfortable to watch his performance...
The guy who gave the flowers to Brittany Spears came out with serious stalker vibes. It was creepy. I felt sorry for Brittany, she looked seriously creeped out.
@iam_henriettajonas, Did you watch the same clip I watched. You don't act nice to a stalker. They take your kindness for reciprocation, then you have him showing up at your home yelling, "Brittany, Brittany, come on out , I love you". One look at the way he was looking at her and you could tell he was a creepy dude. If she'd been nice, she'd be in a world of s**t.
Champagne sounds natural with a great voice. Actually better than many of the "I made it through cause i'm beautiful and have a producer ass clowns." I'd like to see him do his own album. Simon has put through or giving second chances to actual horrible singers.
Mal Ford was hilarious... I like that they still kept his music going even after the X'es....sometimes that's all there is to life... Let someone enjoy a moment...
Into contrast, jocelyn was bad from her behaviour...and that britney stalker, OMG. Some people don't understand when showtime is over - it's over, the end !
Champagne did sing really well, however X factor wants people with ambitions to be iconic and a star. Clearly, Champagnes image didn't suit his singing style. It just made him look goofy. But he's a really good singer though.
Even if he could sing better with music, the point of an audition is to play to your strengths and Champagne failed it. There's a difference between a Star and a Talented hopeful, a Star can nail it no matter the situation, and that's exactly what Judges are looking for. Sure you can sing in the shower but that doesn't help on a stage in front of an audience or Judges.
This should be called "how to turn an obsessed fan into a killer". There's no way a smart celebrity would intentionally provoke someone who is clearly questionable.
Being a fan isn't about screaming in their faces or invading their personal space, being a fan is about appreciating their talent, and giving them their boundaries, but still fangirling either in private or with restrictions so that they don't regret being famous. Be a fan, not a stalker.😅
Yes, i agree. In fact, if you look closely at him, and read his body language, you can see a lot of micro-expressions that reveal anger, like how he suck his lips, the tongue inside of his mouth, and the fists and the way he is standing, that guy actually has some anger issues, and im not surprised is he ends up being in jail for domestic violence.
Was it really necessary to make a disgusting face like she is about to vomit, because a contestant bring you flowers? The classy thing would be saying -oh thank you! what are you singing?. How hard was just to be kind? Karma gets to all of us that we don't have compassion for people that are not as cool as us! He didn't do anything disrespectful. He simply was hurt that she reacted like he was gross before he would even perform. Yes he was not talented but that doesn't mean he doesn't feel rejection as a human being. He didn't ask her to marry him.
thats not the point , theres loads of people like that that bought her music and made her rich , she wants respect but she discriminates against her fans based on what they look like , they cant help it , she can at least be nice and give them a happy memory instead of pulling vile faces at them , i think shes a million times uglier than these odd looking fans .
Champagne wasn't bad at all, at least they should have allowed him to sing more. They were too fast at cutting him off - and they were too rude also. I mean, honestly, why would they need to be THAT rude?! They shocked him with their rudeness more than they did with their refusal.
@@fifthavephil9091 Even if a competitor isn't good, they can reject him/her respectfully, especially when they r nice guys, like Champagne. Playing rude-smart just because u r a judge is simply disgusting. If they think they r so amazing personalities, why do THEY need to act like frustrated idiots. Just because they drop some tears (when people like that sweet and kind girl, Nightbirdie, die - for example), they can't just assume the right to mock others in such an arrogant manner. How they behaved with Champagne trully disgusted me and i even hate the fact that they get money from us while they keep the show spicy by insulting innocent people.
this show makes audience = money on situations like this. of course they are not going to miss the guy that looks like a moron and calls himself champagne for crying out loud. stop finding racism in everything. maybe you are the one who can’t see beyond the guy’s color and that’s why you speak
@@fifthavephil9091 hey i agree i was getting the same vibes too, feel like they were judging the person instead of his singing at that point. loved his voice
@@liawjiayong Don't agree. Just because they didn't like him you can't jump to the conclusion it was because of skin colour. Having watched the show many times I would suggest a more likely reason would be age - because rightly or wrongly they are often ageist.
I felt like the judges were unfair to champagne. He did a great job and he looked so sad when they were putting him on blast. I really hope he made it okay after that
Be honest champagne didn't sound too bad if they would have put them through gave him some coaching vocal lessons I think he would have did great this season
what they did to mal was just very messed up. he was so happy that everyone was cheering for him and then he finds out that they were lying.. wow just wow.
@@Judyjjb How is she supposed to react to a freak? The guy is coming onto her like an obsessed fan, but she doesn't find him even slightly attractive. He's disturbed.
@@vincesmith2499 I agree, he's over-obsessed and Britney is not obligated to be nice when he's clearly making her so uncomfortable. I'd also be so uncomfortable if I was in her place at that moment. I'm surprised she was even able to give him a smile, I'd be wanting to avoid even looking at him altogether and wanting the moment to be over quickly. Celebrities are human too, they do not have to endure and be forced to put up with someone if they're uncomfortable all because the person is some huge fan
@@Judyjjb She isn't obligated to be nice when he's giving off stalker vibes. He seems like such an unstable, over-obsessed fan and it's actually smarter on her part to only talk briefly instead of the risk of provoking him more by giving more criticism to his performance as she 100% wasn't gonna give him any praise that's for sure as it was awful.
Champagne was good I really liked his voice and sure his style could be changed and updated with the times and maybe not that mic 🎤 but overall he's good
Michael Lewis is always my favorite. I'm actually surprised at the reactions. He's not that bad of a dancer and he entertained me, lol. That's a hard song to show off your vocals cause there really aren't any, so i think he chose it because he just really wanted to dance. When he thrusts though, Kelly's reaction just sends me.
Very rude to him and he was actually decent where as all the truly horrible acts at least get a bit of respect these judges mocked his appearance and everything
Champagne delivered a great NATURAL voice unlike many of todays "popular ' Singers who couldn't sing at all without synthesizers and auto-tune " assisting" Them.
Shaydon was a drama student doing an assignment to be a terrible performer and go viral. I think some of the other viral 'mad auditions' are also drama students doing the same thing. They get different briefs like 'crazy' or 'impossibly bad'. The object is to act a certain way and go viral.
Ohhhh. That makes swnse cause he had really good vocal cobtrol that was peeking through.. how do you know this? I'd be keen to know other performers that were doing the challenge.
That's so interesting bc he sounded like a talented singer singing badly. Also I think he could be a very in demand composer and musician not just singer
“ Champagne you’re flat “ 😂 🤣idk why I just kept dying from laughter at that part. Simon just said it out of the blue and where they cut it off at the end just made it funny and weird for some reason 😅
Champagne turned out to have an amazing Gospel voice, with his few lines of Amazing Grace. Simon, please stop talking. His voice is great, and from the point of view of a certified singing teacher (AMEB Licentiate l) , he is teachable, and is SOUL ❤️
14:20 I bet they baited him saying Brittany might like him back Guys got some issues but the way they were smiling Very sinister, I'd be more worried about them than the dude.
I can’t belive it that when Champagne was singing so great then they stopped him. Why! And just because he looks that way doesn't mean he is not great at singing!!!!!
@@hyeneacrete6777 it is not sexist what's sexist is that if it were a woman singing this about a man she would get sm support but bc it's a man being real about a girl he gets laughed at and boo'd. Society is disgusting and cruel.
@@misismatos9902 That's what I thought! When he walked up he seemed so sweet and like he genuinely really was a fan and she just stared at him like he was a psycho right off the bat! He knew he was bad at singing I'm almost 100% sure, I think he just wanted to meet Britney and give her the flowers 😕
She's just awful, I don't understand why they picked someone who sings through her nose to judge people who sing their hearts out. I think Champaign is the only one who appreciated her opinion. She was very unprofessional, just what I expected! I was hoping she would've proved me wrong & been a good judge on vocals.
Yes I was highly disappointed and disgusted by how she kept looking at her fan, that’s how fans are.. he may have been a little creepy to her but he seemed very nice when he first walked on stage and her face killed me.
I remember Michael Lewis - his performance is seared into my memory. The combination of confidence and totally off-key delivery is, I think, an unique combination. It's actually very hard to sing so out-of-tune, so I presume he's really a classically trained singer. (Ha, ha!)
Agreed with both of you! I really liked him. I also said to my phone "you can't interrupt Amazing Grace!!!" He was feeling it and I believe he has great potential.
He should get rid of all the alcohol in his system, and just be Alcohol Free Champagne also he can use little Caviare on the side, "Champagne and Caviare" will eventually get him were he belongs (of course after being digested). Buahahahahahaha!!! 🎼 I'm bad, I'm bad, 🎶tata tara tararaa traa, 🎶I'm bad, I'm bad!!🎶🎷🎸🎹...🎶 I'M BAAAAD🎸🎼🔈🔉🔊
I really loved Champagne, his voice was nice and sounded like the song but I feel like he just needed some help/training. With a bit of that Simon might have actually said yes.
