That alfa is not bn honest with this case he want to abandon the baby. The funnest part of this story is that what happened to that baby might be during the delivery process.
Alhaji if you want to take your child abroad and a DNA test is required, it is the embassy of that country that will determine where the DNA will be done. USA for instance won’t take any DNA except at their approved hospital in Victoria Island
