Well I think it depends. I have a few shorts and videos where I do a headstand and do a split or arch my back a lot so it's bendy that way. No, I didn't use my hands for the lotus, I just found balance while in a middle split and did it from there. I didn't do the bendy headstand, because I do it a lot and I wanted to do something different and my hair was in a high ponytail, so it would've disrupted my balance.🥰🥰🥰
The shoulder stretch you were doing in the pike (at around 9:00) looks insane - have you ever tried to bring your arms all the way over your head like that? And does this range of motion in your shoulders come naturally to you, or did you have to stretch them to get to this level?
Thank you so much! I think I definitely have videos where I bring my arms all the way down. I was just bored doing the pike for 2 minutes here that's why I did a shoulder stretch too. It comes naturally, I didn't need to stretch to get it🥰
@@VesiContortion That's awesome! I'll have to look for that, it's a really unique trick even if it comes naturally for you. And that makes the fact that you can then shift gears and balance on your arms for an extended period of time so much more impressive than it already is
