UCC is hard enough to grasp the first time you go over it....after taking Business law and coming back( I have an exit exam to study for) it is so much easier to understand...great Vid here
If you can interpret this info you can apply this to your bills credit cards rent etc your performing on receiving sale of goods from the buyer that bought the goods to deliver to you. Words conforming and performing and interest play big part when speaking this lingo to the correct agent and you will have your accounts timely update without payment. The UCC was written to try to standardize the law in these areas across the country. There's nothing "wrong" with common law, but it's ideal that merchants and other people engaging in nationwide commerce be able to follow a single set of rules rather than having to worry about being held to different standards in every state.
