In today's episode, we finish the redecoration job at Caleb's house, making questionable furniture choices as always while also putting a little more cash back in the bank account. There's plenty of garbage sitting at the office as well which will help to put even more money in the bank and allow us to potentially look into another office upgrade.

Rusty if you go to gameplay and squirrel down, there is an option that allows you to automatically turn on your car when you get in it. It’s in the gameplay button section.

@@rustychampaign Thanks for the tip and I have a tip for you the next time you get another car, you have to park it in front of the yellow loading station that looks like the one that you put packages on and there is a sign that will offer you a price to sell your car to the dealership, then you can get money to buy another one. I didn’t notice that you left the orange three-wheeler in the wrong place when you were getting your truck so I just wanted to let you know that helpful. Tip

The specialty car dealer you got your truck at there is a truck in the back left corner it is the same truck but bigger capacity than the one you have now, when you look at the front of the dealer pan to the right and that is where you sell your current truck and that money goes towards your next vehicle in game

I'll definitely need to give that a look. I feel like we've outgrown our current vehicle at this point... it's done us a lot of good, though. 🙂

@@rustychampaign The Sprinter clone has 124 slots, but it's SLOW and doesn't handle very well at all. Buyer's remorse PS - You bought a 5th door because you were looking at Scott's list, if I had to venture a guess. You can collapse lists with the little black arrow to the right of the client's name.

@Rusty Champaign Regauarding the old broken furniture: Different boxes have different values. A full box will become a bag, 2 half boxes will also become a bag. You'll need to smash several quarter boxes to get the same bag. It goes by volume. So, if some disappear without dropping anything don't be alarmed. You'l just need to smash a little more. But trust me on this, it will be well worth it to you in the end. I'm the guy who suggested it to you before. And your little trial here is making me look like a liar ...but it's true. And it's something I do all the time! Pawnshop prices are pathetic but the smash n cash works every time!
