Cholesterol is a waxy, fat-like substance that's found in all the cells in your body. Your body needs some cholesterol to make hormones, vitamin D, and substances that help you digest foods. Your body makes all the cholesterol it needs. Cholesterol is also found in foods from animal sources, such as egg yolks, meat, and cheese.
If you have too much cholesterol in your blood, it can combine with other substances in the blood to form plaque. Plaque sticks to the walls of your arteries. This buildup of plaque is known as atherosclerosis. It can lead to coronary artery disease, where your coronary arteries become narrow or even blocked.

Very true for taking good fat will reduced bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol I am taking ghee, coconut oil and sesame oil since last 2 years 75 to 125 ml daily. Also get benefits in diabetes too. And now no tablets for diabetes and cholesterol by checking every 6 month lab test.

समस्या फैट में नही बल्कि लाइफस्टाइल में है। हमारे बाप दादा घी पी कर मेहनत करते थे शरीर से इसलिए उन्हें कुछ नही हुआ । हम खा के सोने वाले,कार मोटरसाइकिल से चलने वाले लोग है इसलिए बीमार है

@HimanshuBhatt aapki is video ko maine 1 month pehle dekha. Mera cholestrol hamesha badha rehta tha. Aur mujhe hamesha lagta tha k ye cholestrol ghee tel ki wajh se hota hai. Is liye mai ghee bilkul nhi khati thi.Mai yoga bhi bauhat karti hu par usce bhi cholestrol kam nhi hota hai.Par aapki is video ko dekhne k baad maine apne upar experiment kiya. Maine is poore January 2023 me ghee aur butter khaya. 1 month me mera cholestrol 223 se 209 p aa gya.VLDL 2.8 se .8 aa gya aur LDL 140 se 125 p aa gya hai. Thank you very much. Now I can enjoy my food.I want yo thank doctor sahab for this valuable information. 🙏🙏

Aur kabhi butter lagati hu ghee ki jagah.Aur dopeher me dal me dal k kabhi kabhi. Raat me avoid karti hu. Subeh me hamari jatharagni tez hoti hai. Is liye jo khao wo pachta hai. Mai shaam 6-7 bje k baad khana nhi khati.

One person asked in which form Ghee should be consumed? Ayurveda suggests 3 vital things to be followed to lead a healthy life. From age 1 to 100 years. 1.Ghee should be in liquid form. 2. Drinking Water should be preboild. 3.Butter milk should be as liquidised as possible( after removing butter from curd). Same nutritions remain in liquidised buttermilk as in thick buttermilk. Curry leaves,Ginger( both fresh and dried),Asafoetida,Black pepper,Fenugreek,Cinnamon,Jeera,Rock salt,Palm Jaggery,Honey,Turmeric,Lemon like common items to be taken on daily basis with fresh vegetables, leafy vegetables,fruits(Regional and seasonal,easily available) are to be consumed in large level is more than enough. Usage of Natural Herbs to be included in daily routine will protect from dieseses and also improve resistance power to fight any infectious diseases.

हमारे दादा नाना खूब घी खाते थे। पर वो जीते कितना थे? 1947 में हमारे यहाँ औसत आयु 40 वर्ष थी। और उनको पता ही नहीं चलता था कि मौत किस कारण से हुई। आज हमारे पास जांच की तरीके उपलब्थ है जो हमें बता देते है कि मृत्यु दिल के दौरे से हुई है और इसके लिए काॅलेस्ट्राल जिम्मेदार थे। हमें बहुत रिसर्च की जरुरत है।

It is so generous of the doctor to share such important information freely. Ghee which has to be taken on empty stomach...should it be warm or just normal temperature? Can we eat butter instead of ghee? Will it give the same result,?

Namaskaaram, Ghee at body temperature can be taken or little lukewarm. If taking butter, better to take butter made from desi gaay ghee. God bless you! 🙏🏼😇

Our body temperature is normally 37-38 degrees. If we eat cold food our brain has to work more raise temperature of cold food to bring it to temperature of digestion which is around 37 or above. If you consume warm or molten desi green it will consume in the body fast. But you also need to check nature of your body if it is khuf, vaat or pitt type. It means if you body has khuf type of body then the excess consumption of fat will cause troubles as cough or chest congestion. Butter on the other side has water and salt content in it if you buy it from market and offcourse it has preservatives which are no doubt harmful chemicals. If you make it from fresh yoghurt at home means MAKHAN it is very good for health when you consume it with fresh warm food, likely with prantha or mixing in cooked vegetables. Limitations applied on every aspect of good and bad unless you predetermine it. So check your body type and then in limits which will be most beneficial for , hopefully this information will be helpful.

Sir, accept from a fauji. Am from odisha, suffering from crohn disease, fatty liver, diabetics, bp, hyper triglyceridemia. Presently undergoing ayurbedic treatment. After 8 months of treatment for crohn and GERD, gastritis, my doctor suggest me to take Desi ghee in lunch with rice. Is it OK sir? Can I have 3 table spoon Desi ghee daily? Am taking rose day f10 daily. Please kindly advise me. Salute sir.

Don't consume that much Desi ghee if u r suffering from hbp .My mother had brain surgery due to hbp .so better take precautions. Search dr.eric berg videos about your diseases coz he explains the reasons behind a particular disease .May lord bless you with good health 🙏

​@@thetree7694Rice & roti are main sources of carbs. Fruits and veggies also have carbs but they also have micronutrients, so we need to eat those. Just reduce grains as much as possible.
