After the pandemic as some people may have lost friends and family and it could be a bit insensitive. I have run that and Wormwood Arena for my home group and have a LOT to say about them.

Do you feel this adventure is too similar to Kali Ghati? Village in remote Afghanistan staring US Military guys fighting against ancient thing which results in a running battle to escape at the end? Is one better than the other?

I felt that this had a far better ending than Kali Ghati, and also that it was far better detailed and realised.

Excellent review, thank you for the info! Just to offer a heads up, a name like Kryptowicz is probably Polish in origin, and is most likely pronounced "Krypto-vich" instead of "-wits". source: grew up in a Polish family.
