I think that's mean bit control , For example , 1 word '0000000000000000' = 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0 ->15B, 14B, 13B, 12B, 11B, 10B, 9B, 8B, 7B, 6B, 5B, 4B, 3B, 2B, 1B (B=BIT) , anyway.. in this video '8m57sec_ Table' , B2= Reverse run, B1= Forward run, B0-stop , each bit is on, that's means '1'... So, decimal 5060 change to bin 0001001111000100 = 000 10011 11 000 100 = 000, 10011, 11, 100 = 0, 19, 3, 0, 2 ->totally Reserved, Freq.command : Communication, Run command :Communication, 0, Reverse run

and before the run inverter have to change drive mode:3 , drive frequency mode :7 , i60: select destination number, i61: choose communication speed (baudrate?) on the inverter, // and also on the this video , point 2min~4min have to select destination number (inverter's station number) each
