I m a BBA STUDENT..... ND U described very easy way...so i understand easily mam....but in my book there is a different types of steps/ characteristics nd features nd ur steps are different 😢I should write in the exam as explained by you, will it be correct.?And the points are also up to 15-16 in the book and your 5-6 points 😢 I m from jaipur..
