YES...... I HATE it. I live in LA and theres an ADU and the amount of cars ..... Theres NO parking and when you find one and you need to run to the store.... Its murder to park in front of my own home. Neighbors all fight bec of no parking and people parking in drways
There will definitely be a few neighborhoods that will be adversely impacted by multiple people on the same street taking advantage of this and other new ADU laws but in general most areas will see a minimum impact from these changes.

It will depend on your lot size but you can theoretically build up to 4 total units per property(including the main house) if the lot is big enough.
