Love living at Palmy! I live 120 metres from the beach, but the traffic is horrible. Find it hard to park outside my own home due to building construction. The tradies have taken over the street 5 days a week. More apartments mean more cars. I'm planning to move again.

It sucks. I live in Elanora. You can’t even park by the beach any more. I don’t think people realise how bad it’s going to get once the light rail goes through. It’s going to be one lane each way for about 500m. It’s going to take forever to get from Tugun to Burleigh. They should never allowed development and left that up the northern end. Palmy used to be the best spot on the coast but it’ll end up like Broadbeach.
