bari sax player here, these covers do so much for my little saxophone brain. I recently got to play in my first sax quartet and man, I want to be in so many more. Something about being in such a small group gives you room to know your bandmates and their niche playstyles! Even if this isn't technically four different people, you can still hear the different styles on each instrument , brilliant honestly. '

As slightly disappointed as I am that Funny Footsteps did not make it in, I think the warm timbre of the saxophone is really fitting for the vibes I associate with these pieces. Looking forward to the rest of this album!

Now THIS is what I call great music! Once again, Joe knocks it out of the park. It was an AMAZING arrangement and performance, and the warm tone he gives it makes it even more poignant. I can't wait for the day I can get all the tracks so I can listen to them whenever I want.
