Thabo Mbeki should have remained our president..i shook his hand when he was president..a good man...he is brave to speak out about the evil going on in the current ANC government,,and he is absolutely correct..long live president MBEKI
It’s always an honor to learn from one ☝️ of our best scholar 👨🏫 ANC has produced, man of integrity and an intellect, so thanks 🙏🏿 with such an insightful conversation with Dr Thabo Mvuyelwa Mbeki #African Rise and Sunshine for your time has come🫶
President Mbeki, Your leadership and outstanding political understanding of where ANC has metamorphosed to is exquisite 🤞🏽💪🏾! It has been downhill since 1994.... I could wear binoculars and can’t see a bright horizon 😢😢. Thank you for your talk and giving hope to South Africans
We South Africans are yearning for a new beginning, not necessarily a regime change. We still have leaders like the former president Thabo Mbeki and many other leaders within the ANC who can salvage our country from its current state.
Guessing no one you knew died of AIDS under his watch because THE AFRICAN SWEET POTATOE cures viruses 🤮🤮🤢🤢🤮🤮🤢🤢 or you have a wonderful sense of humor 😃😃
Grootman, My Leadership Under the Sun. Thank you for fighting corruption and believing in the Global Sustainability development and also excessing AI Artificial intelligent and also giving creative creators the platform to manifest their skills and talent. The Legacy continuous Under The Sun... May the Good Lord grant you many more years. Hebrews 11:1 - Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. Romans 10:17 - So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.
I support the de-dollarisation of the economy, as I understand it is not that there should not be one reserve currency but it should be backed by gold or some controlled commodity so that one country printing currency to bouy their economy doesn't devalue a separate economy with a different currency that is not even allowed to print as the Reserve is private.
If our dear expresident spoke just half the truth he speaks these days during his day in office especially on the Zimbabwean issue and his friend by then Bob, that nation north of SA would not be in such a state as it is today.
A diagnostic conversation in scrutinised detail. Thabo Mbeki resurrects and holds up the spirit of our expectations from leadership. Could we not commission our own compliment to the fertiliser dependency viz a vie our own fertiliser manufacturing companies?
He protected Jackie Selebi, who was a corrupt police commissioner. The scorpions demise started under his presidency. He can refer to the state capture report for his fellow corrupt comrades, Mantashe, Zizi Kodwa and Nomvula Mokonyane, senior NEC members.
Good Day All; Can anyone please assist me as per what the President's dissatisfaction with De Ruyter stems from? Especially around the point of Government Ministers calling each other Comrade, and that De Ruyter could have been a Student of Prof Murray etc? Why did the President pick up on that issue, I'm purely neutral on this item - I'm thinking I could have missed a valuable point from the President. Kind Regards
@XolaNyingiwe Thanks for your response Leader. Is Mbeki implying that there is nothing wrong calling each other Comrade? Perhaps also in that context, within ESKOM?? To me this is a Talking Point, as it seems Mbeki felt strongly about that particular issue, however to me, at a broader picture; it's a Non-Issue.
She's Prof Zethu Cakatha - Psychology Dep. I don't remember any mention of the book titles other than her muted "I write what I like" when presenting 2 of her books to Pres Mbeki.
Dear President, how come you did not amend section 25 of the Constitution? And return the land to the African majority when you were in power? You had 69% then in parliament
With great sarcasm and candor, Mbeki delves into the Phala Phala matter; emphasizing his feelings for labelling Ramaphosa as a money launderer. Well, Mbeki's position against Ramaphosa is not a secret. Many politicians in SA know that at the time of his recall or removal as president of the country, he was called a tribalist, and that unlike Mandela; he stifled dialoque both in government and the ANC. His hatred against Ramaphosa, based on tribalism, is very evident. It is also fair to indicate that if Ramaphosa was a Khosa national, most ANC leaders who are khosas would not demonstrate the hatred that they have against the president. The ANC, though the largest and governing political party, it is nevertheless a tribalistic and racial party.
Your argument is baseless and unfounded, Ramaphosa is still in power today because of Gwede who is Xhosa by the way.....Ramaphosa is corrupt himself, no tribalism caused him to be corrupt, he accepted the fact that had dollars in his house, not many as media stated, those are his own words....
Thabo Mbeki should evaluate his leadership role in the country, particularly around the arms deal and HIV Aids. There was nothing glorious about his leadership and supposed intellect? Madiba presented him with the ideal platform to bring the country's people's together as one nation with a single focus, which he squandered by flying all over the world trying to solve Africa's myriad of problems most of which had nothing to do with him nor South Africa. He saw himself as some international statesman which he was not. Because most of the African problems still persists to the present. And in fact it's pretty arrogant to be criticizing the leaders who follow yours. The diplomatic thing to do is to keep quiet! Your mess up is not better than theirs!
No to u and yr white people u always wants to impose yr Deklerk on all of us, we don't hv a problem with him we even hosted world cups during, and the country was functional
He was poorly advised or he was incompetent as far as HIV and Aids is concerned, but I commend him that he never stole money nor had dollars in his house, he was never in court about possibility of corruption he might have committed
Levels, this was not at your level of understanding thats why you didnt benefit from it.. He is the dictator we needed but never had. He is the best president we ever had.
@@shafiyaalgiquadra1105 meaning the discussions were way above his level of understanding end of story, otherwise he would have understood. It's that simple.
