In USA Network’s anthology series EYEWITNESS, a moment of sexual awakening between teenagers Philip (Tyler Young, “Empire”) and Lukas (James Paxton, “Texas Rising”) is intruded upon by the grisly murder of three men, causing the boys to unwittingly become targets of a methodical killer. Desperate to keep their relationship a secret, they make a pact to keep quiet about what they’ve seen, a promise which grows more complicated when Philip’s foster mother, Sheriff Helen Torrance (Julianne Nicholson, "Black Mass"), takes the case.
