1. Make sure the logo is on a White Background.
2. Change the Image size to 300 Resolution.
3. Set the Gaussian blur to 20.
4. Add curves and clip the white and black until you have a hard edge.
5. Magic wand out the white background.
And now your logo is high quality in Adobe Photoshop!
