We All have sarees with us in our wardrobes lying around with no use, specially the silk sarees which are not in fashion these days so why not use them to create trendy lehengas which infact is in trend for this wedding season going on.
You can use saree for the skirt part and for the blouse , take pally side of any other saree which you might have used or can get a fabric like me. For the dupatta, you will have to get fabric or if you are feeling creative, just use some other net saree for the same.
Diy lehenga from old saree has been in my to do list ever since I made one a year ago and you guys kept requesting me to do more of such videos as its useful for wedding season going on.
I used Silk saree - 5 meters
Lining for skirt(Santoon) - 5 meters
Net fabric for blouse -1 metere
Lining for blouse (Santoon)- 1 meter
Dupatta net - 2.5 meter
Lace for the above
