In Windows, it is NEVER necessary to hit "Apply" before hitting OK. And that has been true since "Apply" was first added in Windows 95. I'm really astonished that 30 years later people don't get what the Apply button is for and needlessly press it whenever it is available. It is ONLY needed if you want to apply the setting WITHOUT LEAVING the dialog box! 👍☑🏁

@@arkcave149 - also are you using official Wiimotes or aftermarket and are they motion plus? Does rumble/feedback on the remote work while playing to provide a some what real feel or is it just a remote, case and button clicks no rumble/feedback? Sorry for so many questions but your the only person I have seen who looks to have had a good experience with going wiimote setup as others say it’s slow, no two player, no feedback/rumble and they would not recommend it. Your setup looks really good and I am thankful for your time, videos and willingness to answer questions.
@@meseone920 Hey there! Well no worries you may ask any number of questions and will do my best to answer them all. Well as far as the wiimote rumbles goes it depends on which game or emulator you are using it. There are 2 methods .Method 1 where initially I would use to 2 wiimotes on a "single" dolphin bar (in mode 4) that works well for Dolphin emulator and for some other emulators as well. In Dolphin Mode 4 along with an another software called "Touch mote" your Wii motes basically turn into Xbox controllers (Xinput). It works fine and you may get rumble but the accuracy is a bit off but for casual fun play there is no harm in trying it. What I do now is use 2 wii motes with 2 dolphin bars which with each Wii mote connected to each dolphin bar (Mode 2). The Mode 2 dolphin bar converts your Wii mote(s) to a Windows mouse (Raw input). This gives a much more accurate as compared to the previous method and you don't need the additional "Touch Mote" software as mentioned before for this method (Touch Mote method is required for a few emulators when using Dolphin Bar in Mode 4). With this method you don't get the rumble in the controller as your wiimote(s) is technically a PC mouse/mice and frankly the rumble isn't even great to begin with. Now if you compare Wii motes to light guns like Sinden and the DIY Gun4IR obviously the wii motes lag. But you have to understand that for a starting point the Wii mote is the best budget light gun you can have at the moment. Sinden is very expensive and Gun4IR is a lot of work.
Do you have the Dolphin Mayflash bar because a Wii Dolphin Bar simply doesn't work. If it is then make sure you follow the tutorial properly. If you are doing so then it could be a faulty dolphin bar. Maybe you try a different Wii mote just to be sure.
@@arkcave149 can we use wii mote and dolphin bar with playstation 1 & 2 emulators for pc ? or dreamcast emulator ? there 's a dozen of nice shooting games on those consoles
