In this VladTV clip, Convertible Burt spoke about Isaac Hicks, saying he was one of the biggest drug dealers to come out of Miami. Burt said that he used to be a lookout for Hicks while he was still in school.
From there, Burt broke down who the Miami Boys, noting that he is one of the original Miami Boys. Burt then broke down how the city’s beauty comes from the drug trade, talked about his come-up with Isaac Hicks, and how he ended up dealing with Colombians, saying he was dealing with Escobar and also Griselda Blanco’s son.

One correction though; Griselda never 'worked' for Pablo, that's fiction. She was the one who actually brought Pablo (originally a car thief) into the game. They both however answered to the Ochoas (particularly Don Fabio el hombre gordo) in Medellin......the true heads of that now extinct cartel.

The Miami Boys were very impactful on Atlanta. From their wars with the "Down By Law" crew, to (candy paint)car culture, to Bass music culture,to even the hairstyle of "Locs" which was NOT popular when I came in '87 and moved to Atlanta in 1990. Griselda never had anything to do with Pablo or the Medellín Cartel and all you kids who think “Pablo worked for Ochoa(s)” have no idea what you’re talking about either. Him and the Ochoas were just acquaintances who had separate, non-connected smuggling networks at the time. Then Carlos Lehder and George Jung came onto the scene and showed them how much money a thorough widespread distribution of coke in the North American markets could really really make for them. So long story short, even before the Ochoas and Gacha; it was just Pablo, Gustavo, Carlos and George.
