Here's some info- Convolk is a Russian American. A lot of Russians like his music, which is why he has short lyric bits in Russian. He also has the subtitles set to Russian so the people there can understand his music.

I lost so much loved ones and friends to hard drugs and now i cant get them things back.. i was so depressed i didn't care about anyone and good people kept leaving me which put me in a spiral of drug use and depression that is when i looked for help and felt the regret of me trying to commit suicide and found a lighter path i do miss drugs but they are bad for me and wont do me any good. all because i fucked up...

meaningless junk casuals? this dude hella more underground than lil peep. the “casuals” will all say lil peep is the best cuz that’s one of the few artists they know in this genre. i never met lil peep but i have made a few songs with convolk and from my experience with him he’s a really cool dude and honestly his music is hella hella good and i prefer it to most of lil peep’s catalog of songs myself. but that’s just my personal opinion.
Benedixhion dude peep was basically underground with exception to a few months BEFORE his death, and then of course after his death. He fuckin exploded after he died and gained some traction for COWYSpt1. Im not saying convolk isn’t underground but I think the comparison to him being a peep 2.0 is absolutely absurd. He pioneered a sound that has already/ will influence generations to come
