Because The Alchemist is famous for merging Soulful & Boombap type sounds together, which make the beats sound Soulful & Grimy at the same time. And Daringer's production is a very, very similar style. Don't get me wrong. Daringer is still mad original & creative, with his Production. But you can't deny the similarities. Thats no shade towards Daringer. If anything, its a compliment. Because The Alchemist is 1 of the greatest Hip Hop Producers of all time. If I were Daringer, I would be honoured, to be compared to The Alchemist. Not understanding why Conway has a problem with that. I mean... Salute for showing loyalty to Daringer. But at the same time, I don't think that Vlad meant that as shade, at all.
