I'm from New Orleans and I use a lot of seasoning. I use onion, green pepper, garlic and bay leaf in every thing I cook. Glad to see you cook with a nice amount of seasoning. I also pick up as I cook just like you. Love your recipes. Are you going to show us how you put on your makeup? I love how natural yours is. Thanks for the info on the knife. I'll try to find it.
