Great video. The jury is out on storing wine in the refrigerator. Red wine is best served at room temperature. White wine can be chilled for an hour before serving. Wine gets better with age and does not spoil like food. All wine is best stored in a dark cool space. After opening a bottle should be stored in a horizontal position to keep the wine in contact with the cork, to prevent the cork from shrinking and allowing air into the wine.
