Ingredients
Ground Turkey
Frozen peas and carrots
Frozen green beans
Frozen spinach
Rice-I used jasmine but next time long grain
Red beans- rinsed
No salt petite diced tomatoes
Frozen mango chunks-I put them in in about the last 30 minutes of cooking…I used about 1/2 a bag
Crockpot
High for 4 hours
I stirred every hour or so
