Funny story.... My cousin lives in Vancouver and one day he and his then girlfriend had brought his dog for a run in Stanley Park. While he was there it started down pouring so they left. As they drove away they past a group of guys hitchhiking out. My cousin insisted on stopping and picking them up. Turns out it was U2! They were in town for a countertop and had gotten caught in the rain while out for a walk!

To get the grease stains out of clothes. Dawn dish soap, baking soda, and pour a little vinegar over the top. Scrub it in a little bit. I let it sit for a few minutes, then wash!

I'm 71 and Friday dinner was macaroni with cauliflower or broccoli and then fish. I boil the cauliflower add elbow macaroni. In a separate pot heat olive oil and lots of garlic until lightly brown and carefully pour into the cauliflower/elbow pot, s&p. We always grated ricotta salada cheese on top. Yum

When I have a grease stain on something, I use Blue Dawn with Shout. Works everytime.

Your licking the egg on the side of the hot pan story reminded of my brilliant teenager moment. My mom was cooking homemade pea soup (one of my favorites) and I went over and just slightly lifted the lid (didn't want the heat to escape) and took a big sniff in to smell the soup, ended up burning all my inner nose hairs off!! It hurt to breathe for days!!! Of course this coming from a child (under 10) who wanted to see how sharp the razor blade on dad's workbench was so she slid it across her palm - ended up going to the hospital for stitches. Thankfully I got smarter once I reached adulthood LOL. I love all your comforters. The slideshow on the TV while you cleaned (and the music) was so great! Thank you for another motivating video!

To get stains out, I use “Grandmas”from Hobby Lobby. It’s back by the fabric. It works like a charm! 😊 Have a Happy Easter!

For an oily stain, I use dishwashing liquid. A small amount on an old toothbrush and wet the stain area and scrub. Then put it straight in the wash with the rest of the laundry.

For food stains or grease from food I use dish soap. I put dish soap on the stain get a old toothbrush wet with hot water and scrub the dish soap in to the stain and wash and dry as normal.

Girl, thank you for tipping well. I do Doordash and Ubereats, and A LOT of people don't tip. That or they'll decrease your tip after you deliver. It's so frustrating, because sometimes I will get caught waiting for a customer's food for over a half hour. By the time you add in driving time to the restaurant and the customer's house, I can end up making only $3/hour. Don't get me wrong, I also have hours that I make really good, but as a driver you have no way of knowing ahead of time if it's going to be a long wait or not.

Some times I surprise my Uber eats delivery driver with a 20$ bill on top of their tip, just because I can, and they deserve it and I love the surprised look. I love making people feel good and that makes me feel good. Thank you for your service during Covina.

Take a few small sips of warm water. That’s what I do when I get the hick ups. Yes mine hurt also. One time I husband had them for 10 days. I felt so bad for him. That was before I found about drinking warm water.

A little tip to get rid of your hiccups fast: take a paper towel and put it over a glass of water and hold it over the top and sip through the paper towel and no joke your hiccups go away! Love your channel!

For a grease based stain that dish soap based methods don’t work on, I use Citrasolv. It even takes out old stains that have been washed and set by the dryer. Dish soap will get most stains out, but not every stain the way citrasolv does.

I’ve used the same method for 35 years with multiple people for hiccups... never once didn’t work. Right index finger plug your right ear, and drink water. Works every time!

For stain removal I use Nellie's Stain stick and Nellie's laundry soda. Love all Nellie's products, environmentally friendly, no harsh chemicals or smells and easy on skin. Where did you find you bread pans with the Luis? Have a very Happy Easter.

What's your trick to slicing bread without making it look like a doorstop? I'm forever ending up with home sliced bread that's like 3 inches on one side and a quarter of an inch on the other.

Let your bread come to room temp before cutting. Don’t push knife down while cutting, just work knife in saw motion gently.

Reminds me of when I was a teenager I shaved my legs and I used my thumb to clear the hair from the razor. Didn't hurt and I didn't see any cuts, a little while later I noticed all these little cuts and my thumb burned so bad. 😂

I have always have good luck with getting new and old stains out with spray and wash and then I rub in with fels naptha laundry bar soap (works every time).

For stains believe it or not 409. It works great as a carpet cleaner as well. My grams taught me that trick. She was a huge thrifter and could get anything out with a toothbrush and 409😄👍🏼

My friend said she used the Dawn Power Spray on a stain and it came out after being washed AND dried. I tried it on a stain and it worked. I now have it downstairs in my laundry room instead of the kitchen.

End hiccups every time: get a glass of water. Hold your nose and take fifteen sips without taking a single breath. If you do it right, it will stops the hiccups. Every. Single. Time.

Hiccups hurt me too. Googling it states is a contracted diaphragm. So I slow deep relax breathe until it goes away. Usually in 2-4 of them.

Another yummy pasta recipe my nonna makes is to shred a few heads of broccoli and boil until soft then in the same pot add some pasta.. drain and add lots of butter, drizzle of olive oil, lots of parmesan cheese and serve sprinkled with red pepper flakes

Try a teaspoon full of honey helps take the hiccups away or take a deep breath and let it out very slowly hope that helps. My chest hurts so bad when I get them.
