He represented his constituents well and gave anyone “Hell” that stood in the way of his accomplishing his job! He passed away last Saturday. I live in a different city but I admired his strength!

When the courts appoint a legal guardian over your assets it’s usually because someone has been taking advantage of it misusing the owners money. Now, her son is the next of kin and is an educated young man that is very capable of making decisions about his mom’s affairs. Not only would I sue lifetime but I’d sure the hell out of the courts. The son not having access to his mom’s money is ridiculous and I do t care if his name is t in anything. He is her son (next of kin). Now I also saw the documentary and I think it’s also ridiculous that he hadn’t seen in his mom in a long period of time. I understand that her drinking and probably drugging was a lot to bare, but in your moms state he should have been on the next thing smoking because clearly you can hear that she is not and hasn’t been for a long period of time in her right state of mind.
