Ryan is correct kale taste like collard greens to me too. I use raw kale in my smoothies and eat it in my salads and it does have a collard greens taste.

Actually kale is a better choice sis my mom use to mix the kale n collard greens together. Kale has a lil bitter taste but like sis said it taste like those greens.
