Alexi takes the Mark II to Nikko Circuit to a Car Modify Wonder drift day and drives it a little bit too hard. Main RU-vid channel ► / noriyaro Twitch ► / noriyaro Website ► noriyaro.com Instagram ► @noriyaro Twitter ► @noriyaro
Even though that's officialy so, that too is not a good translation. Kimetsu no yaiba is more along the lines of 'Blade of Demon Destruction'. Great video, nontheless :)
*car temp warning in the middle of session* Alexi: *still gets in a few more drifts* *car spews out coolant* "Why is it overheating?" "Wakannaidon'tknow"
"it's the largest movie in the country right now, anyone in Japan would know this reference" I don't think it's that crazy of a "omg power level" moment... Anime isn't niche in Japan like it is in other countries.
Ayyyyy thanks for taking me out for some passenger laps bro! We’ll have to tandem when you bring your Mark II up to Ebisu. I’ll chase you with my Chaser 😅
Only Noriyaro can make a 20 minute video feel like 5 mins. The drift life is just so captivating it pulls you right in and time seems to pass by so quickly
Tbh I love the parts where you talk to people and show it, just gives that extra drift feel, its not only about the cars, but the people driving them aswell.
Alexi! Would love an in depth video explaining how you got the mark II so dialed in maybe on your second channel? I just want to understand how Japanese mechanics get such good results and keep their cars so reliable idk feel like people set up their cars really different in the states
Well letting the engine run means that the water pump spins which means that the water circulates instead of just standing boiling in the engine. Plus if you have a good radiator and good fans the water gets cooled and then cools the engine
You dont turn off a hot engine. You let it run just over idle till the temp comes down, preferably while slowly adding water. If you turn it off the cooling system stops working entirely, and especially if the radiator cap is still on, thats how you burst hoses and blow head gaskets. Even at normal operating temp, if you shut it off, the temperature of the engine goes upwards rapidly till it starts to cool down.
I always find your videos more enjoyable than most other automotive RU-vidr videos - I wonder if it's because you don't push merch or overdo the content amount. Always happy to watch.
Yeah, there's absoltuely no front or bullshit, the guy is cultured in every sense and unabashedly knowledgable on it all. I don't watch often, but when I do it's always a treat. I love him.
Honestly Alexi my favorite thing about you is you don't spend any time looking over the car on video, it's just an explanation of something then driving. All we ever wanted
19:28 First time seeing that the stickers on the extra gauges actually have descriptions written in German. Would be funny to hear Alexi say those words. Greetings from Germany!
@@bumboschaumburg I think its because Japanese people find it cool if stuff is in another language (esp. English i think) and since they are mostly pretty fond of Germany ( we dont talk about why rn) its most likely in german :D
Honestly I'm starting to think im slightly dyslexic or just really tired right now, I just saw it as "water" and didnt think twice till I saw your comment lmao
I follow two of I think the best Aussie drifters in Japan, Noriyaro and SAMMIT. I just think it's funny the two different ways they go about it. SAMMIT makes sure that his cars are driving good and looking good and obsesses over little details like his Chaser "Drift Missile" that he don't want to scratch and would make for an epic street car. Then you have Alexi who has a Mark II that is a street car but should be a drift missile and doesn't worry about the taillight falling out or giving it a wash. But hey they're having fun and loving what they do and that's why I like watching them.
You make plenty of content man! I’m always appreciative of an Alexi upload. I also want to mention, you can tell how easy this car is vs the beans86. The beans makes you drive like a madman.
As an American, it's crazy to me how your Toyota Mark II looks. Basically for me it's a 1998 Acura TL front end followed by a 1998 Toyota Camry from the front fender backward... except larger. I like it a lot!! I wish Japan would have given us more RWD cars!!!!
As ever, this is an awesome video keep up the irregular scheduled programme! I like it. It's a great surprise just like Bad Obsession Motorsport Project Binky. Never enough uploads but always the best content, so the upload schedule is no problem. Don't change a thing! (except for the cooling on the jzx100😜)
Every time I watch your videos, I'm dumbfounded on how you don't have 1M subs yet. Every car guy/girl I know watches your stuff, and loves it. PS - You're right, the Mark II needs to look cooler.
Seeing the nikko circuit sanpatsu from a driver's point of view makes me appreciate the drivers from that sanpatsu video you did so much more (the one where you judged them)!
End of video in car commentary session was fresh, liked it a lot. MK.II is looking good. The skyline is gonna be amazing when its up and running if this is how the MK is turning out.
