I just made this....tasted great! I used almond extract for the cheesecake with a hint of vanilla. I didn't have cookies, but I DID have cocoa powder and oatmeal. Ground that up with the cocoa powder and about 1/4 cup of sugar with melted butter to make a crust. Todd...this tastes FANTASTIC!
oh ok, well it really depends on the recipe. I have made cheesecakes where it has been runny before going in and when removing from the oven it has been very jiggly. Some are just like that. Some you need to let cool down in the fridge for a couple of extra hours, it just depends on how thick they are. But as long as you're following the ingredients then im sure it will be fine in the end :)
Yes there was. That was a mistake on my part. Notice when i take it out of the oven there is next to non, i recorded the wrong part by recording the mistake. The ingredients in the description is what you should be using :)
Thanks and yeah i know, i made a mistake in my measurements. Notice in the next shot when i take it out there no none to be seen. I drained it out with paper towel so the ingredients in the description are the right amounts. I didn't want to go out and buy a whole new packet of cookies to do it again. but i still fixed it :)
Its missing some ingredients to make it a cookie like the egg and baking powder, the only thing baking is the cream cheese. The dough on top while yes will harden slightly will not bake like a normal cookie. :)
Hey Todd! You're super! I'm from Russia. I like your videos very much. Your recipes are really amazing. When I watch your videos, I can not only learn cooking, but also learn English. Yeah, now my English isn't perfect, I know. ;)) Thank you very much and Good Luck!!! ;) ;*
WOW! that looks so good! I might make this today or tomorrow :D I love cookie dough and cheesecake!! :D thank you!!! I subscribed you! I cant wait to try this! :D
Most of these recipes while yes i find in different places i also change things in them to make them my own so without a lab i would have no idea what they contain :)
Oh, cool to know you're an Australian :D The accent had me confused, sorry. And we don't really have 'essence vs. extract' here in the States. Interesting to know there's other kinds out there! Love your videos! Never have to wonder after a dessert again.
