Oh, definetely. Custard Cookie is interestingly corrupt as a political leader and his comments during the first few minutes of the video add onto how much hidden hatred he has for his fellow elders. He fails to accept justified criticism and is not cooperative.
I honestly really enjoyed Clotted Cream’s realistic reaction to seeing monsters attacking his home. he’s never seen anything like that, and it’s TERRIFYING. his panic is reasonable and expected, especially since he seems to be quite young and already has a lot of pressure on him. it just shows that even HE can crack sometimes edit: timestamp for me hehe 11:20
okay last comment, Crunchy Chip confessing everything he did at 39:09 was SO funny, I loved especially that Dark Cacao didn’t even care 😭 Wildberry was right all along about him trusting him. so nice to see
I think if caviar is the next super epic he might be a really good source. I like how he’s actually worried about the civilization of the republic and the elders at the same time. Makes him ten times more better to show how he cares about everyone
@@sugar4141 yes funny thing is that has been pretty much debunked. The colors hint at nothing but the ALREADY playable cookies. It’s the poster cookies that hint to the next ones. Also a few cookies who had gray text and was thought to not come eventually got color to there bar. Meaning just cus a cookie has gray doesn’t mean anything really.
I’m sad we didn’t get to see Affogato and Pomegranate get into some squabbles and casting spells together and wrecking magical havoc on the Crème Republic

Okay the ending of this day literally made ME TEAR UP I CANT it was so adorable😭 Crunchy chips embarrassed sprite, just his entire interaction with Dark Cacao Cookie, Hollyberry no fear telling Wildberry she drank so much berry juice while he was gone, and PV being the precious old man he is. And when Wildberry picked up Crunchy Chip and his wolf with CC saying "this was comfier than I expected" I was crying throughout this absolutely precious
Yknow coming from a cookie game, THE STORY IS SO ENGAGING AND SO COOL LIKE ITS JUST ABOUT COOKIES IN A KINGDOM SETTING. my fav part has to be the last part where espresso and madeleine pick their paths n stuff, the fights, everything was perfectly executed and the story in general is so cool and epic (i am so sorry i am not good in commentary) 💀
This was, hands down, literally one of the best stories ive seen in kingdom. There’s so much character development, and the terrific voice acting makes it 10x more impactful (or funny, depends on the line.) We get closure on all the main characters, and it really didn’t leave me with many questions, other than what’s next for them? A very well written storyline, in a mobile game about sentient food of all things. It’s so funny because half of the time the story’s all cute and charming, and the other half is freaking WAR.
all i have to say is. OH. MY. GOSH. i honestly don’t know where to start here. ive heard there’s 5 days in this chapter, so im really curious on where they’re going to go from here considering the way this day ended. it was really cute seeing crunchy chip get so excited about dark cacao complimenting him tho, and hollyberry threatening to ruffle wildberry’s hair (it really strengthens the fact that he’s like a son to her) im honestly disappointed we didn’t get to see dark cacao’s reaction to seeing affogato again. it was more like crunchy chip got mad on his behalf, even though dark cacao was the one who was manipulated by affogato, taken advantage of while he was in a vulnerable state by affogato, and affogato even sent dark choco to try to kill him (and he _would_ have died if he didn’t have his soul jam) although honestly, the scene where dark cacao hesitated to hurt dark enchantress because he saw white lily in her made me so sad. and the way he immediately perks back up when hollyberry reassures him. my heart 😭 and clotted cream’s voice when he heard dark enchantress’ voice at 7:21. he sounded genuinely terrified, i genuinely felt for him in that moment. and when he was standing at the fountain and thinking everyone was going to die,, gingerbrave yelling for clotted cream,,, financier trying to get clotted cream to snap out of it,,, gosh my personal theory is that dark enchantress somehow found out where the soul jam is because the elders were arguing like that. at that point they had been completely divided, and considering how powerful de is, she could possibly have had some kind of spell casted? (similar to how in harry potter, voldemort’s name was jinxed so anyone who speaks it has their location revealed to him. or maybe im just reading too much harry potter) but the way the elders immediately began helping each other out of the lyceum, after arguing not even 10 minutes earlier. like, sablé asking for help pushing baumkuchen’s wheelchair, captain caviar helping vanilla sugar out,, also i know everybody’s talking about this but madeleine genuinely made espresso laugh and smile. and not because he was making fun of him, but because he was genuinely proud of and happy for him. and he didn’t even try to hide it either, usually espresso would hide that he felt any positive emotions towards madeleine whatsoever, but here he didn’t (financier had been with them). character development!!! also the idea of espresso actually enjoying hanging around strawberry crepe is so cute. he had mentioned in chapter 1 that he had actually wanted to move to the vanilla kingdom, so im wondering if he’ll be doing that also, hollyberry teasing licorice and pomegranate about poison mushroom considering them friends was so funny. and licorice constantly trying to control this stoner child was hilarious. the fact that poison mushroom considers them friends just because they ate their shroomies is so cute 🥺 and pomegranate’s reaction to pm accidentally calling her out for eating one of their shroomies was so cute anyway i am so excited for the next part of the story, whatever it may be (episode 15 or another event like this). im probably going to edit this if i think of any more to talk about
I believe that Espresso is proud of Madeline since in the 3rd chapter after he got kaid off he thought " am i gonna be jobless like Madeline cookie?! ". But seeing he have a path & goal, Espresso is really proud!
I forgot to mention Hollyberry and Wildberry in my own comments, but that interaction made me so happy 😭 she’s essentially raised him from what I can gather and it’s obvious that they’re super close. I was hoping she would do it bc that would be so precious
They used healing flour to help dark enchantress..... Everything that changes with dark enchantress has been though the oven/baking process White Lily was turned into her by the oven And she can heal inside the oven What if dark enchantress cookie is just a shell and we need to break/defeat her to free white Lily?
What if dark enchantress cookies isn't even a cookie?! She can be a curse affecting other cookies that learn the truth or affecting other cookies that come in contact with the ultimate dough! It's sorta like when mold affects bread, its something that spreads around! What if there are different dark enchantresses that affected other cookies?! Backstory: Dark enchantress cookie was close to crumbling, she knew about the evil witches long before anyone else so what If she threw herself into the ultimate dough so when someone else comes in contact with it they will be effected by her
Fun fact: pure vanilla in every mode (world exploration, arena..) cant deal damage or attacking. But in the story, we can see how much does he strong because he told that he can kill the cake witch
Such a cute place to leave off of, I especially love that crunchy chip and wild berry cookie got praised by their respective king and queen, especially crunchy chip, guilt got the better of his conscious, lol.
so is no one going to talk how pure vanilla genuinely sounds angry in this video? usually he’s the calm one amidst these situations, but this time you can actually feel just how pissed he really is. hearing him say “leave the cake witch to me” made me pretty surprised to say the very least.

This is genuinely one of the best stories I've watched in CRK, though I am still stuck in Chapter 1. Affogato's return really exceeded my expectations and I knew he would join Dark Enchantress Cookie! Though I wish to see Espresso and Affogato fight each other because they are both coffee cookies. Madeleine making Espresso laugh and smile was genuinely a surprising, heartwarming moment. I would love to see more of Espresso and Madeleine's chemistry in the future. Oh yeah, Licorice Cookie sounds a LOT like Kokichi Oma from Danganronpa V3, just saying this out loud.

The Cream Republic chapters have to be the best stories I have ever seen from the whole cookie run franchise. Like come one it started as a heartwarming reunion between friends to experimenting with Soul Jam to now having FREAKING DARK ENCHANTRESS RETURN. Blended with comedy, mystery, (cults and politics?...), and boom- beautiful.
That's because in the name of the bosses the word Again was in their name. For example the Cake Witch instead of being normal Cake Witch their name is Cake Witch.. Again!?
Remember how in the first chapter in cookie odyssey Dark Cacao said he left caramel arrow in charge and now he is leave the throne empty? I bet you the reason why is cuz caramel arrow decided to charge everyone 10$ for her caramel boba with extra caramel.
this day is the craziest so far, especially the part when all the elders get into a fight and they all just start to argue hardly and break friendships and as well of the huge friendship between the vanilla cookies and the sea cookies, and it gets interrupted later with dark enchantress cookie, it is just completely perfect (and the ancients come too). And affogato returns P.S. Oyster cookies voice seems a little bit shaky in that scene of argument so I think I might investigate on if she is part of an organization or maybe working with mille-feuille cookie. I will edit this with my theory if I make one
Seeing this 4th day about Elder Custard reminds me a lot of those stereotypes of stories in anime & games such as Ace Attorney & Naruto where the 1st born child carry the family name while the 2nd born child gets ignored/unnoticed, I think that Elder Custard is jealous of his brother Custard 2nd & that's why he's after power, claim it to be his " rightful "
This story is without a doubt one of the best stories in cookie run kingdom history. Now I can't wait for the lore to continue on with golden cheese cookie and white lily cookie. And also I hope that dark choco cookie returns as well would love to see him again
I just realised you can actually see dark enchantress’s ingame sprite flickering and breaking a bit like a hologram before it’s actually revealed that she was just an illusion, that’s cool
I love all the interactions lol. so many great moments. Dark Cacao being unsure of how to tell Crunchy Chip that his wolf got fatter. Espresso and Madeleine. Also, that bit with Wildberry at 41:16. That's the most emotion I've seen out of him so far lol.
I do Iike the fact that they come together to fight though. Custard Cookie being behind taking the soul jam is a twist for me, and how he left everyone to die too. Clotted Cream is still plotting something, now that he saw gingerbrave and pure vanilla working together he can manipulate them to being apart. I'm glad Black Raisin was there to help too since Pure Vanilla told her to go, gingerbrave is a bit naive at times. Especially how Millie Fillie was helping brainwash kids in a cult was dark. I'm glad odyssey is finished, maybe well get more chapters soon. Madeline and Esspresso had good development too, I was skeptical was Esspresso when he was researching buthe went through great lengths to protect the soul jam, he could have been fired. Madeline saw the republican imperfections and emitted it wasn't as perfect as he thought, now that he's gonna be traveling we may see some of his adventures.
Although I’m pretty sure someone has already noticed, if you look at the sky at 8:16 we can clearly see there are monsters. However, after looking a bit closer I noticed that it was the dragons from the Hollyberry chapter, the cake witch from the Vanilla Kingdom chapter, and the sea ink thing from the dark cacao chapter. I don’t know, just thought it was a cool detail lol.
That's not pitaya. That's a red velvet dragon, the same as the cake beasts. They outright state that the monsters attacking the city were the cake witch, cake dragon, and licorice sea monster, so I thought it was rather obvious
He referred to her as mother queen, which queen refers to her rulling, but mother comes from her establishing the Hollyberry kingdom and beings it's namesake But she does act like a mom to him so I can get the confusion lol

(A bit late here) I believe that pastry cookie is seen as another puppet or husk for the pastry order, since the pastry order was already planning her assassination after she reported reverend mother cookie what she saw in the tower of sweet chaos. (Which was the truth about the witches) Edit: I just wanna clarify that I’m not sure if they were really planning her assassination, and it wasn’t the whole pastry order that was plotting it. Shadow sister cookie just asked reverend mother if she wanted her to “silence pastry cookie forever” which really sounds like she wanted to take pastry cookie’s life to burn the evidence.
Ovenbreak is a alternative universe and I believe that it’s different because dark enchantress defeated the ancients and dark Choco Cookie killed his father successfully. I believe dark enchantress destroyed the souljams excpect white Lily’s being I think it’s apart of her now. And the magic became the shards. That’s why the player in Ovenbreak can get magic candy because the shards are able to create magic candy. espresso made it when mixing coffee with soul jam magic. But without destroying them

I never suspected the Elder Mille-feuille cookie... but she's very different from what she seems... my reaction was like of elder mulled juice cookie's reaction... Elder Mulled juice cookie and Elder Captain Caviar cookie... which I never suspected, one of reasons why I love them

I see no wonder. Sea fairy and frost queen stun does not work on bosses unfortunately and their health are very low. You should replace them with eclair and maybe sorbet/Pomegranate. Custard's healing sucks, I recommend you replace him with cotton. Cocoa barely helps at all since her damage sucks and her healing is too low. Replace her with dark cacao Squib does quite a lot of damage, but its only useful when fighting swarms of enemies from world 1-10. So from 11 onwards, squib is pretty useless. Replace her with wildberry/pure vanilla. Treasures you should definitely use: Attack scroll, squishy jelly watch, scythe/ slingshot(for bosses). Do not worry, you will eventually get all the cookies through soulstones. I got all the ancient cookies through soulstones. It took me around 2-3 months to save up the soulstones.
this is without a doubt the best event we got to expereince, from the characters to the locations to the endings for them, and MADELINE MAKING ESPRESSO SMILE. 10/10 would rewqatch it all again

Oh how much do we have to wait so gingerbrave and dark enchantress actually reveal the actual purpose of cookies...? Strawberry crepe cookie would prob help with knowing the ingredients for the magic candies. Okay but I just love how Oyster and Caviar called out the Vanillians' hypocrisy like that. While the city are predominantly Vanillian (The paladins, the propotion of elders, the culture) It's good to see that the natives (The cookies of the sea) still hold much power.
