So if you really think about it, Dark Enchantress cookie isn’t evil…but her ways of getting to her goal are evil.

After White Lily Cookie fell into the Ultimate Dough, she was cooked alive by the Witches and was transformed into Dark Enchantress Cookie. Her motive is to cause the Eternal Night with her Black Magic in order to get revenge on the Witches, who created Cookiekind solely to eat them.

White Lily Cookie was herself before becoming Dark Enchantress Cookie. Think as Its the remanent of darkness/despair/revenge, that created Dark Enchantress Cookie. Dark Enchantress Knows that she was in a new cookie’s body, and knows its White Lily Cookies’s body. The Corrupt makes the “new” cookie’s mind set, the complete opposite of the old cookie. Because the opposite of cakes is cookies. So instead of creating cookie army, they created a bunch of cake hounds.
