The first half of part 3 of my Cookie Run: Ovenbreak viability tier list! The cookies that are going to be ranked are from Season 6 and before. Yup, definitely… And in case I wasn’t clear, this isn’t a “Cookie Run current meta” tier list. Rather, a tier list for which cookies are objectively better than others if they were all balanced equally. Everything is of course, my opinion!

as a major orange cookie user she really shines with the mc blessing that gives extra points for jellies in blast mode turing long streches of basic jellies into something worthy

Regarding Millennial Tree Cookie... he's already been given a new magic candy and heck, even new combi bonuses with both a legendary treasure plus a legendary pet. Oh and the said legendary pet also slows down Millennial Tree Cookie's energy drain, Millennial Tree Cookie's buff definitely increases his viability and he'd still be in S tier as he is a legendary cookie. Oh and as for Mustard Cookie...she actually got buffed recently iirc, being given a new treasure combi bonus (although it's with an obstacle destruction treasure, the flame ring or whatever), new costume (it's not even an epic costume though), and more importantly...I think her combi pet has also been given a buff by not just increasing the points of the combi bonus but also increasing the energy drain slowdown this pet gives off. I don't her think buff gives her a significant viability increase but imo, the energy drain slowdown increase with her pet is nice I guess. So she'd probably still be one of the worst epic cookies, but it's something even just a little bit...probably putting her in the top of C Tier (above Fairy Cookie) or somewhere in the bottom of B tier. But that's just my speculation given the context of the information given about her combi since I've never used this cookie often. EDIT: Also, Rebel Cookie's pet apparently also slows down the energy drain and I think also increases movement speed?

Yeah, Mint Choco has a magic candy now...not to mention they also brought back one of his old pets, Ms. Do-Re-Mi and reworked it. Tbf, Mint Choco Cookie sucks crap when paired with any pet other than Ms. Do-Re-Mi (meaning they can't work as a relay cookie) and functions more like a coin cookie like he always did. Plus his magic candy increases the chance of earning greater coins assuming Mint Choco isn't paired with Ms. Do-Re-Mi. However, while his inability to function with other pets (including Mr. Fa-So-La-Ti, who still sucks in terms of the meta).... supposedly his combi bonus with Ms. Do-Re-Mi is really good...: 1. Ms. Do-Re-Mi transforms Mint Choco Cookie from coin cookie to point cookie. This pet has been reworked to transform all his coin flowers into star note jellies (which give out much better points compared to coin flowers). While the combi bonus with Ms. Do-Re-Mi isn't good for earning coins, it's definitely better than Mr. Fa-So-La-Ti by a significant margin since Mint Choco would actually be viable in the meta as it would allow him to have a reliable way of earning points. Plus it allows the magic candy to have the chance to create rainbow/colored star note jellies for even more points. 2. On top of this pet allowing Mint Choco Cookie having a way to earn points and a lot jellies (which would work great when paired with treasures that earn a lot of points from a lot of jellies), Ms. Do-Re-Mi can also create star jelly potions, which acts as both a way to earn more jellies (and thus more points) and access to recovery. Plus... while Mint Choco Cookie still isn't affected by unlimited runs event, the number of runs he can do has now been buffed from 4 to 10 runs. Plus the cooldown of having to wait to use him again has been changed from 15 hours (like Cheesecake) to 2 hours (like basically every other cookie). So his usage isn't as limited as it was in the past. While I'm no expert in Cookie Run Ovenbreak viability or even the meta... Yeah, I agree. Mint Choco Cookie definitely won't be in the bottom ranks of your tier list. The fact Mint Choco Cookie being strictly reliant on Ms. Do-Re-Mi as the only for him way to earn good score and the fact that Mint Choco Cookie can't pair well with any other pet (not even with Mr. Fa-So-La-Ti) or the fact he still sucks as a relay cookie may limit his viability... but IMO, it wouldn't be enough to put him in D or even C tier. Mint Choco Cookie may heavily reliant on his combi with Ms. Do-Re-Mi as his only way for him to earn good score... I think that's for the best and it more than makes up for it as this combi does make him very reliable for earning better points and score (not to mention access to recovery through potions), plus this combi makes him work pretty well as a main/lead cookie. So theoretically... this is enough for Mint Choco Cookie to earn his place in the highest peak of B-Tier or even somewhere in A Tier.

i tried my best to get most cookies correct, there are even clips in my recordings where i bounce back between two different identities, but i’m not surprised to have slipped up now and again. apologies!
