I think is the “Good Witch”，if we bystand with Kingdom lore There might be witch that look cookie as their masterpiece instead of just food，like the one who baked and sealed the Five Beasts I also believe, that witch is also the one or at least one of them who baked the First Batch (whatever that means)

I think the Cheesemaster is voiced by Lex Lang, I can tell because his vocal range and tone is somewhat identical to that of Dr. Neo Cortex from the "Crash Bandicoot" video game series.
