Listen, I’ll agree the frosted cookie is dry as hell, but the nostalgia I get from when one of my classmates or I would bring in a cookie for a class birthday is unbeatable. I don’t give a shit if they’re drier than your mom’s ashes or if they taste chalky and artificial. That nostalgia just hits hard, back during the simpler times.
I couldn't watch anymore of this as soon as he said "bad" to THE FUCKING BEST COOKIE EVER! I mean ya they may be dry but the frosting makes up for it. I LOVE THESE COOKIES TO DEATH.

Frosted cookies used to have either cream cheese or sour cream, I don't remember which but it would make it moist then a few years back they changed it and took it out making it dried. Also any homemade cookies are good especially chocolate chips cookies and peanut butter cookies are good but I loved when my mom used to make cookies, pancakes, cakes, and cupcakes but put different candy in it and had us guess what candy, my top 3 favorites were those heart candies, m&m's, and Reece pieces, she would only put one type of candy, and they were the best especially in the morning or on days were my anxiety was bad, it gave my brain something to focus on basically ground my brain from spiraling, my mom would make them my taking vanilla mix of whatever she was making and then add them, we grew up poor so they were special treats most commonly after Easter and Halloween when we had a lot(we still have some cause we would put all our candy in this storage container and on Halloween we would snack on them while watch tv on the box tv in my mom's room, it was like a traditional since Halloween is my sister's birthday and it was always just me, my mom, and my sister at home so it was a little bonding thing. That's the best for me.
