Ame, just to think that I'm actually watching a cooking video!! I've never seen such a beautiful and entertaining cook in my life, but I'll have to admit that I've had a hard time actually giving attention to the 3 course meal, which no doubt was scrumptious, because the cook had my full attention 😊 A cooking video isn't really a stretch for me because I love to barbecue! Now that would go well together having you to make the side dishes, and I would promise to help wash things up afterwards 😂😂 Merry Christmas Ame! I watch your episodes on my 55" smart TV, bigger Ame is better, so I had to quickly grab my laptop to say that your early Christmas dinner was exquisite and divine and a supernatural success! Watching you demonstrate your real life chef talents mixed up with outright hilarity and your perpetual accident prone beautiful self was early Christmas Joy to behold! I personally could not ask for a better Christmas experience or present. I must say that stuffing is an American tradition as well and admittedly a carry over from the early settlers and Patriots from the shores of England to the shores of America! I was surprised and elated that you mentioned one of my favorite chefs Nigella! My father was an excellent chef, as I am from time to time, and I remember him popping duck into the oven and cooking a leg of lamb to perfection. So your sparkling Christmas dinner flashed and brought forward great memories of deliciousness of old to my memory. Your black apron was very sexy as well. It was so thoughtful for you to honor your parents with a most delicious Christmas dinner! I am not sure if I, myself, would have risen above the fear to attempt a 3 course dinner in a van with out a proper oven and limited pots and pans. Serious Kudos! I am amazed that you cook everything on the stove top with the gas flame blazing at the highest level. It's a wonder that nothing more burns up, however, it is a testament to your talent that your food survives and turns out, for the most part, just fine. All in all the dinner Christmas dinner was magnificent and and additionally elegant as you served the delights on golden plate chargers, very inventive! The fact the you "wash up" in a limited space is also a sublime example of your ergonomic prowess. Your harrowing, life threatening experience with the van intruder and flying, fluttering menace was extremely funny while being an imminent danger to yourself. I am extraordinarily happy that you survived. Close call! Merry Christmas Ame and I am hoping and wishing that an undisclosed amount of "coal" is not on Santa's gift list for you!

As an ex executive chef I would give you 3 stars 😉 for your Christmas dinner, but seeing that you made it all in the van, 5 stars all the way 😘, looks yummy. When I was working in the mountains of Colorado, Lamb Chops with a Wild Cherry Merlot reduction was my winter specialty! This has been the best 30 minutes I've spent on the Tube in a while, ultimately entertaining.

She’s got so much to share, and I’m positive she will have the wonderful opportunity to do so with a family of her own when the time in right.
