Yah me and my family were camping and around a fire and I started singing this song. My sister joined in and my parents were just staring at us like we were crazy.
There's vampires (why else would they have a stake?), radioactive dirt, prolific rosemary, biker gangs with blowtorches... But it can't be that bad if there's still turkeys around
We're here together in this apocalyptic land being chased by a biker gang who's got flamethrower for hands but we wont let that stop us from enjoying thanksgiving feast even though everyone we know is deceased. [Chorus] We got a turkey in a trashcan (turkey in a trashcan) A turkey in a trashcan (turkey in a trashcan) Has anybody seen our friend, stan?? he's playing guitar and he have gloves on Got a turkey in a trashcan... (and i bet we'll be singing this song 60 minutes from now...) [Chorus 2] We still got a turkey in a trashcan (turkey in a trashcan) A turkey in a trashcan (turkey in trashcan) We can't locate a woman (preferably we'd find two) Turkey in a trashcan Now let's get it out!
+Elizabeth Love never be around them while they are heating up galvanized metal creating all kinds of horribly toxic fumes either. This video is gonna get people hurt.
Link Neal of 2015 "Step next." "Shower it with goodness." He, then, discussed the kinds of trash cans, "overturned trash cans, upright trash cans, upside down trash cans..." "Apply the heat rocks." Really, does it get any better than this?
+ItsLokiiHD it's called editing. technically they could have taken it out when they cut away and cooked it else where. But I like to think they really did it in the trashcan
I was thinking the same thing. I work in a fab shop as a tig welder. You do not weld galvanized steal unless you have to the fumes are toxic. The zinc that burns off becomes poisonous.
I'm making trashcan turkey this weekend & understand that I have to burn off the galvanization first. Is that simply making a big fire in the can, avoiding the fumes & letting it burn off?
Flu season: We are here together In these virus ridden lands Being chased by sick relatives Who haven't washed their hands But we won't let that stop us From enjoying a thanksgiving feast Even though everyone we know Is diseased
My favourite part is the song. I can't get it out of my head. "We're here together in these apocalyptic lands, being chased by a biker gang who's got flame throwers for hands" "But we won't let that stop us from enjoying a thanksgiving feast. "No" "Even though everyone we know is deceased" "We got a turkey in a trash can (turkey in a trash can) A turkey in a trash can (Turkey in a trash can) Has anybody seen our friend, Stan? (He was playing guitar and he had gloves on) We got a turkey in a trash can. And I bet we'll be singing this song 60 minutes from now. We still got a turkey in a trash can. (Turkey in a trash can) Turkey in a trash can (Turkey in a trash can. We can't locate a woman. (Preferably we'd find two) We got a turkey in a trash can. Now let's get it out.
I was so inspired by this process (and the subsequent rave reviews of the turkey by the crew) that I incorporated it into a children's book that I wrote. There was a Thanksgiving chapter and this is how the mom cooked the turkey.
the song is always my go to song and it makes me thankful that rhett and link are friends and they work toghether to make us this show to cure our bordem and some times teach us some stuff;)
VicIII #00 The turkey wasn't brutally slaughtered in this video. No animal cruelty was shown so it wouldn't make sense that vegans go about disliking this video just because meat was shown. That would be a really ineffective way to send across a message.
