I, too, enjoy eating fish type WITH scales! One day I may try NOT battering the fish, and simply rub spices all through it to enhance the flavor, and fry it with coconut oil, (like you). 🌴
deep fried fish looks dry.A small addition of sauce does not change much in this dish...I know the realities of Africa and I know that the cuisine is not very diverse, but the appearance of a fish with a head and eyes does not add to my appetite.So you can make more appetizing dishes in terms of appearance...I greet you.Eating almost all the food with your hands doesn't make it taste good either...please..
