Hey! Diksha I really wanna appreciate your content, after watching your videos I started eating lots of fruits and salads. Let me tell you I am a thyroid patient and pre diabetic I had over eating issues mostly unhealthy food. But your videos really helped me I think it broke my subconscious level and I feel good now after eating lots of salads and veggies and fruits. I really want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Hi.Diksha I really admire your hardwork and your recipes and your channel that you are working for … The food you eat is undoubtedly amazing more of greens which I personally really like a lot … but Babe just cz some food doesn’t have oil in it won’t make it healthy in whole Cz potato and rice are rich sources of loads of carbs .. moreover oil is equally important to be consumed .. but u manage to make your meal a balanced ones by adding salads and other greens Everyone’s body type isn’t the same .. you are really blessed to have a healthy metabolism and body type that’s why you can eat loads and digest it 😁 God bless you
Actually every body is made up to consume more of carbs and less of fats. So naturally everything we consume has more carbs which is a good source of energy unless it's mixed with processed fats i.e. oil. And fats is also equally important but in its natural form. Not in processed form. I suggest you to see a documentary "Fork over knives" to know how this food industries market kito diets, protein rich diets, just to sell off their products. And even WHO promotes them because of huge donations. I have been eating 80% carbs in my diet and the results are good. Basically avoiding most of processed stuff.

Next time please make karela bharta The way I make it is so yum Remove the seeds from the boiled karela Mash it Chopped raw onion(preferably the small sweet red onion) chilli Add mustad oil and salt to the chopped onion and chillies first and mash it with your hands a bit then mix it with the karela And ot taste so good I like to add a bit more onion in this bharta then other types of bhartas
