Don’t worry Vishal my Bengali is also broken as I grew up in Bangalore for the most part. But I really like you spreading Assamese food culture. More power to Eastern and North-Eastern India!! I am not saying I don’t like North Indian and South Indian Tamil food, they are fantastic as well!!! But, thank you for spreading Eastern Indian cuisine as well. I wish Non-Indians and also all Indians who are to the west of Bengal also recognize our cuisine as much as they appreciate their butter chicken, or idli and dosa.

Lovely new recipe of smoked pork. Just a simpler recipe here- add potatoes, smoked pork, tomatoes, chillies, a hint of fermented bambooshoot and salt in some water, and bring it to a boil until the water evaporates. Try it. Im sure you’ll love it. Love from Nagaland. 😊

Ekbar mere kehne pe banake khana jarur....pehle bamboo shoots ko boil krna thorasa pani dalke usme mirchi,namak , garlic, ginger saab add kr dena...kmsekm 10min boil krna uske bat meat ko add krna uske bat thai coriander dalke serve krna bht taste accha ata hai...or healthy v hota h
