Cooking Clams Stew with Banku the authentic way || Market Day in Rural Ghana || Volta region
we are still in volta region but in a different location. I travelled by mini bus to Battor near Greater Accra region in Ghana.
we went to that market because it was a market day when I got there and prepared some delicious Clam stew with banku.
I enjoyed the food very well
Ingredients for the stew :
dried clams
pepper, onion,tomato
palm oil
Fermented fish or momone
