My Italian grandma made this for us when we were kids. Milk cornstarch sugar vanilla and egg beaten in. Hot it was a breakfast cereal. Chilled it was vanilla pudding. It was delicious 😊
Kimberly, I am absolutely loving your vdeos. I have had the opportunity of living outside of the USA in the Republic of Panama and S. Korea for years at a time. I have found that having insight on how other cultures live can be and is beneficial when incorporated into my own life. I do appreciate your videos and just wanted you to know.
To avoid lumbs dont put the flour direct into a hot or boiled water, you should first put the flour in a separate pot with cold water and mix with spoon until melted ,No Heat yet, then slowly pour the mixture over the boiled water and mix until cooked over a low fire
@@iniyainiya6770 with no fire mix the corn flour and cold water until they form a thick liquid, in another pot over fire put water only until it boils, now pour slowly the thick mixture over the boiled water mixing constantly.. we do like this
