Don't be sad diksha di, we all know that you have tried your best, you are actually very honest and that is the thing I like the most about you. The sambar, coconut chutney, and the potato filling looks so yummy. Personally dhosa is my most favorite south Indian dish, and after watching your video I'm craving for it right now. Hi diksha. In case if you would like to try home made dosa. Take 2 : 1/2 ratio of rice and urad dal soak separately for 4 hours and grind seperately till light and fluffy. Mix together add salt and let it ferment for 6-7 hours( depends on weather more warmer the place fermentation takes place quickly) . We generally take 4:1 ratio and use grinder. Smaller quantity can be made in mixer grinder. Just add rice and dal in smaller quantities while grinder in mixer for getting batter fluffy.

Don't Diksha I will teach u how to make dosa batter. Take twu cup rice ,half cup udiddal, very little quarter small spoon Fenugreek seed .Soak overnight,grind it early morning add salt.keep it fr whole day.Then try and see how it come make in non stick tava only .To make in iron tava u have to learn how to start little difficult but if u try u will get thru.try try u will succeed.yr well wisher from Mumbai.👍🌹🌹🙋

as south indian...for coconut chutney...we dont fry coconut in the pan just use raw and dont add tarka before coconut...just how we do ....not gonna suggest u but ....if we fry coconut it gives toasted flavour...it doesn't taste as good as the raw coconut......❤😅
