So proud of Erica to have a restaurant in Paris not an easy task. I was so fortunate to lived in Paris at the Arrondissement District 1 for 4 years during the late 80’s working for Givaudan wishing there was a venue like this when was there to showcase Philippine Fusion to my French Officemates.
