While frying the fish you shouldnt touch it again and again . Just let it get fried until its brown in a medium flame plus oil was also less as priyanka said. Also the curry would have been better if you grated the onion and tomato and made a puree kind of thing . The oil was very less as a result the fish broke into pieces because of too much stirring .One shouldn't flip the fish until it becomes a little stiffer !
