For the brownie batter:
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
A pinch of salt
3-4 eggs (depending on the size)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
200-250 grams of chocolate
(If you're using semi sweet, change any one of sugars to 1 cup, if you're using sweetened milk or dark chocolate, leave the sugar as it is)
1 stick of butter (200 grams)
Vanilla 1 teaspoon
Instructions:
Melt the butter and the chocolate together (preferably in a heat resistant bowl over boiling hot water) or in the microwave for 1 minute or less.
In a separate bowl, combine the sugars and add an egg one by one until you get a smooth creamy mixture. Add the vanilla
Sift together flour, cocoa powder and the salt and fold it in the batter, do not whisk.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and add the batter. Bake for 20 mins at 180° in a preheated oven.
Chop your choice of nuts and dry roast them in a pan on medium heat until nice and golden. Layer in the centre of the batter with the caramel.

For the steaks:
Marinate beef fillets in garlic, oil, green chilli sauce, Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper and paprika for 6-8 hours and sear each side on high heat for 3 minutes for a medium well cook and let rest on a board for 5-10 minutes.
If you want it well-done, slice the meat and sear it on medium-high heat for another one minute.
