I suggest you cut the cherry tomatoes in half, drizzle with a little olive oil, add salt and pepper and cook in a hot pan to brown the cut sides and the domed side. This will add a notch of flavor to your already gorgeous pasta dish.

I just made it tonight. Tweaked and toned down the garlic because the husband doesn’t like garlic. I used minced garlic so he didn’t notice it. It was a hit with my husband and kids. I served it with ribeye steaks on the side that I cut into strips just for protein. Thanks for the recipe.

Love tomatoes but as a cancer patient, I was informed that tomatoes cause inflammation. Thanks for sharing. Some parsley would make it even more delicious and add yummy scent.

I’ve been making this pasta for quite some time (especially during summer when the cherry tomatoes are very sweet) and it’s AMAZING! I always add fresh mozzerella balls (bocconcini packed in salt water) and it adds a savory component to this dish (spaghetti ala Caprese). Love your version! 😃👍🏻

I started experimenting with other varieties of pastas and sauces... I also love frutti di mare and raviolis with fresh Tomatoes and Basil and oregano plus parmesan cheese.... I also cooked Italian eggplants with Roma tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil and mozzarella cheese.. So delicious! 🥰 Yes, I also watched your vlog way back when you cooked this dish outdoor, in your garden.. Valentine's day party or something... You cooked it with Julia, Dani and Chloe... I tried making this dish. Am really impressed, especially since I'm not a pasta fan. But the uber butter, garlic, and tomatoes are a winning combination! Adding fresh basil creates perflection. When I cook pasta, I also put fresh tomatoes with the packed tomatoes sauce, coz it tastes better. But I haven't tried doing just all pure fresh tomatoes. I am gonna try this soon, prolly this week. I also learned from Kris Aquino that when her mom was alive, Cory only uses only fresh tomatoes as pasta sauce. Watching from the UAE by the way. I'm excited to see Julia's kitchen coz I love cooking too and I like Julia alot.
I just made my cherry tomato pasta today, i will try to make it again this weekend using your version. I love fresh tomato pasta. Others should try this too as most of the ingredients are available at home. This is healthy and affordable. I appreciated this video, very raw, i love the bonding too, very natural and homey talaga.
