@alilaghzil3940: I just want to let u know that the stew cowfoot/feet is good for building up the cartilage in human joints. Great fields for our joint: As u can see when it was rooted and scraped the hoofs were taken off the foot and was discarded: These people eat naturally & healthy and both are a happy team: wonderful😊❤❤
