Thanks for the recipe. Can't wait to try with the methi and curry leaves. The little tweaks give each curry its different flavour. Can't wait to try this. I was happy when I saw the fried aubergine. I know that's going to be a real Mauritian fish curry. Pilchards as well, that's traditional. Dad used to do delicious pilchard curry at our house at least :)

So nice to hear you speak your country's language! Is it your first or second language? I'm from Suriname and our official language is Dutch, but we also have our own creole 'Sranantongo'. However, Dutch is my first language and I can understand Surinamese very well, but I can't speak it much. Depending on how and where your grow up, you're better or worse in speaking it and I barely speak any of it. Liked the video! ♥
