After doing it many times now we have our version, I can’t help it 😅
We put all the ingredients in the blender when ready without as the recipe says adding them a little bit a the time, is not necessary!
We use flaxseed powder instead than eggs (being without supermarket for more than a month make it easier) so instead than 3eggs we put 3Tbs of flaxseed powder and 9Tbs of water and we let it sit for 10 min.. The 2tsp of lemon that goes in the milk, for the same reason have been substituted for 1&1/2tsp of apple cider vinegar..
has I said no maple syrup has been used and only 1/4cup of brown sugar instead than 1cup added….
I never measure the banana but we probably put 5 in each cake, medium size.
The latest change is about the flour, instead than 3cups of oats flour (because we already eat oats in the morning we don’t want to over eat it) we put 1cup of oat flour and 2cups of quinoa flour that we make ourselves… we have the quinoa grains so we first roast them to get rid of some bitterness and then we blend them but not totally, we leave them a bit course..
Is definitely the best version ever!
